Stress about how important it is to not get too wrapped up in your busy lifestyle, exercise can be a
distraction. Just keep check on yourself, tips to try relieve some symptoms.

Cashew nuts, bananas, dark chocolate, plenty of water, eat food!! Make sure you are eating the right
things and have had enough/ not lacking, multi vitamins/ minerals if needed
Sunlight – vit d
Sleep, chamomile tea

Stretches?
Make your own facials – look after yourself eve – might not feel like it
Epsom salts bath, green tea foot bath
Listen to something funny/ motivational or “reasons to be alive”
Learn to meditate/ try to do mindfulness challenges
